There is a minimum stay of three nights and we have an
additional programme of special events and
workshops.
From the 26th June short-stays are not available. Yurts are available for individual and family holidays for the following weekly slots only (Saturday to Saturday).

Starting with an early morning meditative walk down
into the gorge, the day unwinds with a yoga session,
vegetarian lunch and a Thai-Chi session in the
afternoon. Massage and Reflexology available as extra
option.

Spring weekend 'ACTION'

Three nights in our yurts and a two day
canoe trip through the gorge.
Canoeing is the best way to experience the gorge. Start
your canoe trip after a good night sleep and stop half
way, in the heart of the Gorge, and walk up
to the campsite for some hard earned rest and a
good ol' BBQ. On your last day continue your
adventure, finish the Gorge and relax for one
final night under the stars. Includes canoe hire,
breakfast and BBQ .

Workshop

Calling all musicians! If you, like me, have often dreamt of thanking thousands of fans, after hearing them sing along to your musical creations, then why not start now and learn, improve or fine tune yourmusic production skills at Mille Etoiles.
June sees industry professionals host music production courses here. Write, program and play your tunes at Mille Etoiles. The stars are your limit!

Cooking Course at Mille
Etoiles with Edwin Severijn
22nd - 28th
June
Edwin Severijn is the former chef and owner of Sot-l'y-Laisse, a very successful and renowned restaurant in Utrecht, Holland. He is now a freelance cook for events such as the Dutch design Week in Eindhoven.
Edwin will prepare a welcome dinner for you on the 22nd and then you will embark on a cooking feast for the following few days. Visit the local markets for ingredients and prepare Lunch and Dinner together with Edwin in the wonderful surroundings of the Ardeche Nature Reserve.
Discover the stunning River Gorge, 300 meters deep
at points, and indulge your sense of adventure buy
sleeping out under the stars in our yurts.
The course also has one excursion day. Previous trips
have included a visit to local Wine estates and a
brilliant afternoon out at a wild boar farm in the
Ardeche. Details to be announced. Also planned is an
afternoon 'wild food' collecting with a local
specialist, picking herbs and edible plants and using
them to prepare the evening feast.
The event is organised in partnership with Jan
Willem Schipper who owns Souffle de Vent, stunning
apartments in the Medieval Heart of Barjac, 12 Km from
here. Accommodation is either at Mille Etoiles or
Souffle de Vent.
The course is in English or Dutch This will be a
truly wonderful experience for foodies and nature
lovers alike. Cook, relax and get to know the wonders
